The soil of this area is suited perfectly for the growing of high-quality coffee characterised by vivid notes of fruit.

 The women-run "Twongerekawa Coko" cooperative is located 2000 m above sea level, near the volcanic region of northwestern Rwanda. Even though the flavours of this coffee are best unveiled with the help of an espresso coffee machine, you can definitely prepare it using the French press, the AeroPress coffee maker or a moka pot too.

Therefore milk froth/hot milk are prepared instantaneously and at the right temperature.

In addition to regular cow milk, you can use vegetal soy, almond or rice milk (the quality of the milk froth depends on the manufacturer you choose and the individual product).
